Venu Madhav Chennupati
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Venu Chennupati is a serial entrepreneur and has founded multiple startups in healthcare technology and IT Services industries in India. Venu is passionate about using technology to reduce the gaps in healthcare and believes that social innovation will bring about a major change to India’s problems in the next decade. He founded companies like Kria Healthcare and Asvas Clinics which have enabled primary healthcare to millions of people in India. Venu brings in a lot of experience in managing large projects in third world and developing economies through his stint with World Bank and later with the HMRI-104; the world’s largest health outreach program. He was also instrumental in setting up 104 Health Services, Mobile Health Services, Telemedicine Clinics in Andhra Pradesh, Assam and Karnataka.
Venu is currently serving as the CEO of Pegase, that powers the world’s largest health helpline, telemedicine software across India and electronic health records for seven states in India and provides Healthcare IT solutions across different states with in India for 104 non-emergency call centers, 1033 highway emergency call centers, 1097 National AIDS helpline and Mother and Child Tracking System Outbound call centers. He is responsible for the company’s growth, strategy and direction and directly manages the Operations, Finance and Projects functions.
Mr. Venu Madhav Chennupati holds a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University, an MBA degree from the University of Michigan and a dual MS degree from the University of Pennsylvania. .
Vamsikrishna Varma
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As Chief Operating Officer at Pegase Health, Vamsi Varma is responsible for the India operations of the company. He brings more than 14 years of experience to Pegase Health. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, innovations and disruptions in healthcare, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth. Pegase Health (previously Zolt Info Solutions) is the largest Telemedicine provider in India with over 15 million consultations till date.
Prior to joining Pegase Health in 2014, Vamsi was the Senior Consultant in Deloitte, working on SAP implementation for Fortune 500 clients. He specializes in SD process optimization, shared services transformation, and the implementation of next-gen technologies. He was responsible for client engagement, developing work product, leading specific project initiatives - End to End implementation, Global Rollout & Support, and act as a subject matter expert on consulting projects.
Vamsi has a Master of Business Administration from Madras University and a Bachelor of Science from Osmania University.

As Director of Business Development, Vamsi Chennupati is responsible for Pegase Health’s top-level domain product portfolio, go-to-market initiatives and account management. He is always pushing the “technology envelope” in his work and finding new and innovative ways to increase sales and revenue.
He brings in 14 years' experience to capably lead the company’s organizational efficiency, strategic partnerships and maximization of revenues. Vamsi also oversees all operational aspects of company’s business development strategy, He is adept at establishing new client relationships, all while managing servicing operations, exceeding client performance metrics and maintaining high quality customer experience.
Vamsi is also the Director for Penn Infotech, he is responsible for driving Penn's operations, growth, and profitability across the India and the USA. Vamsi primarily looks after pre-sales strategy and proposal management and winning of extremely large “must win” opportunities. He successfully leads multi-functional teams, retains customers, stays abreast of technologies through influencers, engages employees, analysts, partners, and consultants across the globe. That way, he’s always up-to-speed on new customer use cases, business drivers, and challenges.
Vamsi has a Master of Science in Bio-Medical Engineering in 2008 from NY University, New York USA and a Bachelors in Technology in Bio-Medical Engineering from JNTU.
